ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT



A manufacturing and distribution company in Kingston‬ seeks an ambitious and goal oriented female to be an Administrative Support Assistant to the Accounts Department.
Main Responsibilities: 
• Co-ordinate and organize administrative functions of the accounts department. 
• Assisting in various sections of the accounting department with timely updating of records.
• Effective communication and reporting to all departments.
Required Skills:
• Excellent writing, telephone and organizing abilities
• Excellent filing skills
• Computer proficient in spreadsheets and word processing
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be a Team Player and able to interact with and support all staff and external contacts
Qualifications: 
• Three (3) years experience in administrative functions.
• Data Entry experience
• Accounting knowledge and understanding would be an asset
