Food Service Supervisor Kingston
Responsible for the daily planning, monitoring, supervising and providing assistance in the provisioning, operations, and functions of a food service facility (canteen).
Main Duties:
• Plan, coordinate, assign, oversee and participate as required in the preparation, cooking and serving of food.
• Order canteen supplies and prepare food orders as needed.
• Receive, check and sign for food delivered to facility, prepare work schedule, keep time sheets.
• Supervise cleaning and sanitizing of eating utensils, counters and equipment.
• Compile operations reports, bills, and cash register reports.
Requirements:
• Available to work various shifts or a flexible work schedule.
• Must pose a valid food handlers permit.
• A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
