Must have:
• Minimum 4 CXC/CSEC including Maths and English
• HEART level 2 or equivalent
• Professional disposition
• Reliable and honest
• At least 2 years culinary experience
• Ability to follow standard recipes and if necessary document same
• Batch cooking experience for large numbers

• Short order cookery experience an asset
• Catering cooking experience an asset
• The ideal candidates should be dedicated to his / her craft and want to expand their knowledge and perfect their culinary skills. The ideal candidate should need to see a marked improvement and have an innate need to be better at what they do.
