DELIVERY/ROUTE SALES DRIVER – REGIONS: ST. THOMAS, KINGSTON‬ & ‎MANCHESTER‬

Responsible to increase distribution and visibility in the assigned area, with the aim of satisfying customers and increasing revenue to meet or exceed the company’s defined targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Selling specific line of branded products in an assigned territory
• Seeking out new small accounts and building their potential 
• Merchandising and building brand visibility 
• Expanding distribution and presence of the assigned products. Collecting from all customers Bringing opportunities and issues to management’s attention 
• Storing and protecting company products

ACADEMIC/QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 CXC subjects including Mathematics/Accounts 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Route sales 
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

REQUIRED SKILLS AND SPECIALIZED TECHNIQUES:

• Basic negotiation skills 
• Good written and oral communication 
• Good people skills 
• Self motivated 
• Open general license (8000KGS)
