Food & Beverage Service Supervisor
Tertiary Level Education or Diploma/Certificate in Food & Beverage Services
Minimum of five year's experience at supervisory/management level in food & beverage service (must include bartending)
Certification in alcohol awareness program
Strong knowledge and understanding of food, beverage and formal dining service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must possess a Food Handlers Permit
