Description:
- Co-ordinate and organize administrative functions of the accounts department.
- Assisting in various sections of the accounting department with timely updating of records.
- Effective communication and reporting to all departments.
- Three (3) years experience in administrative functions.
- Data Entry experience
- Accounting knowledge and understanding would be an asset
- Ambitious and goal oriented female
- Excellent writing, telephone and organizing abilities
- Excellent filing skills
- Computer proficient in spreadsheets and word processing
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be a Team Player and able to interact with and support all staff and external contacts
