Customer Service Representative - Kingston, Jamaica
Part-time (up to 20 hours weekly) - Commission based.
Exrome provides Information, Communication and Technology Services to companies regionally and internationally.
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between all departments within Exrome and clients for problem solving, dispensing information and
evaluating the clients’ expectations. This position demands a courteous and Customer Oriented individual.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
* At least two years in college
* 1-2 years of computer experience
* 1-2 years customer service experience
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently and make
sound business decisions.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Marketing Experience
* Prior experience using ticket management system
* Ability to persuade, motivate, and tactfully resolve outstanding issues and
conflicts
* Excellent problem solving skills
