Store Manager Needed (Mandeville)



MAIN DUTIES
  • Manage operations of a Domino’s Pizza Location
  • Ensure International Franchise Image & Standards are maintained
  • Ensure Sales and Service Targets are achieved
  • Ensure consistency in High Quality Product Delivery
  • Scheduling and managing team members
  • Ongoing training of team members
  • Monitoring and resolving customer issues
  • Cost Management
  • Loss Prevention
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tertiary Level Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years Supervisory Experience in the Fast Food industry or retail industry
  • Previous experience in Inventory Management and stock taking is an asset
  • Working knowledge of food preparation, controlling food costs and preparing reports
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Ideal candidates must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, of impeccable character and willing to work long hours, week-ends and Public holidays.
