Island Outpost is in need of a Human Resource Manager to provide effective HR leadership, planning and engagement for a dynamic group of companies.

Summary of responsibilities: 
◦Collaborate with the Executive Body to achieve corporate goals and objectives;
◦Design policies and procedures that support the organisation’s vision;
◦Develop and coordinate Human Resource programmes that support the employee engagement and productivity;
◦Provide guidance on Human Resource matters that affect management decisions;
◦Manage compensation, benefits, staff welfare and social programmes;
◦Manage and coordinate the day-to-day Human Resource function for the Group.

Qualifications and Experience: 
◦Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution;
◦Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing human resources in a medium-sized to large hotel establishment;
◦Broad knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations practices and procedures;
◦Excellent organizational, communication, language and analytical skills;
◦Strong ethics and confidentiality;
◦Flexible work hours and able to travel.
