Caribbean Cement Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will be required to assist the Customer Relations Officer with the coordination of customer service activities.

These activities include:

• Preparation of letters, reports and other documents relating to the customer service function.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of customer appreciation events, promotional activities, outreach projects and other events
• Administer the development of the customer base in tandem with the customer service team
• Gather valuable information on the market and competitors’ activities.
• Develop portfolio to track proposed and ongoing construction projects.
• Develop and produce a quarterly customer newsletter.
• Utilize social media to engage customers and promote the Carib Cement Plus brand.
• Update and monitor the Company’s website.

The person we seek must possess the following requisite minimum qualifications, experience, competencies, skills, attributes and experience:

• Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A good understanding of social media activity and use
• Working knowledge of Website management
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
