RELIEF RETAIL STORE MANAGER - TWO (2) POSTS (Corporate & Rural )
The Relief Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the Store’s operations which include meeting sales and profitability targets, inventory management, merchandising and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Key Competencies
- A First Degree in Management Studies or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience at the managerial level preferably in a retail environment
- Working knowledge of sales, marketing, merchandising, financial accounting, credit and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Must be able to work with flexible working hours
