HR Officer Needed



Key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
  • Processing of all requests related to staff benefits plans and staff welfare programmes
  • Processing of recruitment which includes employment verifications
  • Processing of employee status changes including separations, promotions and transfers
  • Management of electronic and paper based filing systems
  • Preparation of relevant reports and correspondences
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Diploma or Associate Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised tertiary institution
  • At least two (2) years working experience in a similar capacity
Skills & Knowledge required:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HRIS
  • Working knowledge of Jamaican Labour Laws
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Programmes

  • Energetic, creative & passionate
  • Flexible and adaptive to varying situations and conditions
