Qualifications:

• Commercially oriented applicants who are educated to degree level or above - in engineering, economics, finance or business
• Performance oriented and self motivated
• Numerate coupled with an appetite for risk
• Good relationship skills
• Resilient
• Ability to quickly assimilate information from multiple sources
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience
• The ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese or French would be an asset
• Creative / flexible thinking
• Very strong relationship skills
• Must be able to live and work in Barbados
• Willing to work hard, learn fast and deal with a pressurized environment. 
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing should be a key skill as should IT literacy and the ability to learn new software packages.
