Location:. MontegoBay

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising all daily activities in the Resort Shop. He/She will ensure the smooth operation of the Resort Shop, thereby maximizing revenue and exceeding guest expectation.

• Applicants should satisfy the following minimum requirements:.
• Must have a sound knowledge of retail merchandising techniques, and selling methods .
• Must be responsible for meeting sales targets .
• Must be able to provide training for the retail team to ensure provision of quality service ,
• Must have the ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints in a timely manner .
• Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company standards .
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills .
• Must have excellent organizational and management skills .
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and be ready to work long hours .

Qualification and Experience: 

• Must have a minimum of a Diploma in Business Management or any other related discipline. 
• Must have a minimum of two years retail management experience 
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer applications and software, i.e Microsoft Office Suite Certification in any relevant area is a distinct advantage
