  • Help to increase and diversify our food and beverages offerings
  • Help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
  • To manage the teams of chefs, restaurant and bar staff ensuring well coordinated and smooth operations.

  • Experienced

  • Strong Leader
  • Enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Chef
  • Strong leadership qualities and good financial acumen
  • Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
  • More than 3 years management experience
